Shrine Club of
Philadelphia
The Shrine Club of Philadelphia is one of the oldest clubs in Lu Lu. The club was originally organized as a Businessman's Luncheon and meet once a month at Wanamakers in Center City. With membership going down, the club met with hard times, and in 1981 decided to move their meetings to Lu Lu Temple.
In 1982 new life was found when the club completed their move to Lu Lu. The Shrine Club of Philadelphia is designed for friendship, fellowship and fun. We also invite our Ladies to all our meetings and they keep us straight, whether we want to admit it or not.
The club meets at noon in the main ballroom, the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Our luncheon meetings are reasonably priced and prepared by our Stewards. We extend a warm welcome to anyone who would like to come out and join us.
